Terms & Conditions


  1. Terms of payment shall be a deposit of 50% (fifty percent). The balance is to be paid before delivery. We do not accept cheques on delivery.
  2. The above prices are inclusive of Vat.
  3. Notwithstanding delivery of any goods to purchaser, ownership of any goods shall not pass until Panga Panga Furniture has received payment of the full purchase price.
  4. We offer a lifetime guarantee on our upholstery framework. We do not offer a guarantee on leather or fabric, except where any deterioration results from patent or latent defects. We are not responsible for fair wear and tear.
  5. Cancellation of the contract by the purchaser is subject to a maximum handling cost of 20% of the contract price.
  6. On Custom Orders, Panga Panga Furniture requires that the client signs off on a drawing with dimensions and specifications, and that once signing off, the client agrees that they will accept the order as agreed. No further changes will be made once the order is complete.
  7. Delivery charges will be levied according to the area. A delivery fee will be charged for goods purchased directly off Panga Panga Furniture’s showroom floor.
  8. The client is held responsible in ensuring that the purchased furniture fits comfortably into his/her home and in and through his/her entrances.
  9. Panga Panga Furniture cannot be held responsible for any dye lot differences in leather or fabric.


  1. All delivery fees to be paid on purchase of products unless customer elects to collect from a distribution point.
  2. All risk on products shall pass to customer during and on delivery or collection of products.
  3. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you may do so within 10 business days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original invoice.
  4. Unfortunately, no refunds are given. Customer will receive credit, which must be utilized within 30 days of return of the refunded products.
  5. A usage, handling, collection or wear and tear fee will be charged.
  6. If any of our warranties are breached by Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC, we may offer you a repair, exchange or credit at our discretion on un-soiled products only.
  7. These terms and conditions apply to our online and bricks & mortar stores.
  8. When the customer orders or accepts delivery of Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC products, this shall constitute the unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. No responsibility on our part can be expected by customers with regards to the unique variations of Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC, materials and products.
  10. Our prices in-store and online are valid only in South Africa in Rands and are Vat included, prices exclude delivery, which shall be at further cost to the customer.
  11. Full payment of the price and delivery charges (where applicable) is required before products will be delivered or collected. The product remains the property of Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC until payment is received in full.
  12. We do not accept cheques.
  13. All major credit and debit cards as well as EFT payments are accepted.
  14. Proof of EFT payments must be sent to the relevant store and payment must clear before goods will be released.
  15. Panga Panga Furniture shall not be liable for customers loss suffered by fraudulent third parties.
  16. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase. No returns, exchanges or credit will be given without the original invoice.
  17. All prices online and or in-store are subject to change without notice.
  18. On custom orders a deposit of 100% is to be made in advance upon signing off on said custom order. It is customers responsibility to ensure correctness of details and design of the order. You may not cancel custom orders and no refunds, or credit will be given. Customers must acknowledge that on special orders, products may differ from samples due to hand made processes and variants in materials used.
  19. Our lead times may vary or change due to unforeseen circumstances and Panga Panga Furniture manufacturers CC hold no accountability due to orders arriving late.
  20. The customer is held responsible in ensuring that the purchased furniture/products fit comfortably into their home and in through their entrance.
  21. Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC cannot be held responsible for dye-lot variations in leather or fabric or variations in other used materials on our products.
  22. Storage space for furniture will be levied after one month of non-collection or delivery at R250 per square meter of storage space used per month after completion of said order.
  23. It is entirely at Panga Panga Furniture Manufacturers CC discretion to offer a necessary repair solution, replacement or store credit should your product breach the extended warranty. Panga Panga Furniture would charge collection and delivery costs in most circumstances.
  24. Warranties do not apply to custom manufactured products.
  25. We do not guarantee fabrics, leather or wood, but guarantee internal frames only, due to wear and tear and natural and or interior elements, for example, the sun or heating equipment or air-conditioners influence over natural materials. It is up to the customer to care for their products, and they are welcome to e-mail Panga Panga for instructions on how to care for their purchased products.
  26. Vouchers are only valid for the period stipulated on the voucher. Vouchers may only be re-deemed in-store and are non-refundable. Vouchers lost cannot be replaced.
